From your Shopping Bag

Selected creations that have been added to your Shopping Bag will remain there for the duration of your active session.

You may purchase unlimited creations during any single online shopping session.

Your first purchase

All creations that display a “ADD TO CART/BAG” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.

Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place the product in your shopping bag.

When you are ready to finalize your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided through the order process. You may remove products from your shopping bag by clicking on “Delete”. 

To complete your purchase you will need to create an account or log on to your existing account or check out as a guest.

When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the Website to place your order.

From your Wish List

If you would like to save creations to consult at a later date, or if you would like to share them with your family and friends, we invite you to create a Wish List.

You may create up to 20 separate Wish Lists, each with a different name (for example: Diamond Bracelets, Holiday Gifts, Love Collection…)

Standard Delivery

If you choose Standard Delivery, your MASISTES creation should arrive within three to five days from the date of your order. Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalization, such as engraving or bracelet adjustment. Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders.

Express Delivery

If you choose Express Delivery, your MASISTES creation should arrive within one or two business days from the date of your order. This service is provided on request, subject to the availability of the MASISTES creation ordered. For orders under $500 excluding tax, the Express Delivery fee is calculated on check-out page.

Free/Complimentary Express Delivery is offered for orders over $220 tax excluded.

Overnight Delivery

If you require Overnight Delivery, please contact a MASISTES Customer Care at +49 40 52 163 833 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

MASISTES Creations purchased through the Cartier e-Boutique or Client Relation Center may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. Please note:

You may return your creation to the MASISTES e-Boutique distribution center within 14 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. Merchandise credits are not issued through the MASISTES e-Boutique or Client Relation Center.

You may return your MASISTES creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. MASISTES will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.

Items which are in sale are not subjected to change or free return.

We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.

Engraved Cartier products cannot be returned to MASISTES for exchange or refund.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted cannot be returned because it is manipulated.
